Restorative Yoga

Mondays and Tuesdays @ 3 Rabbits Collective: 6 p.m. - 7 p.m.

Restorative yoga focused on somatic experiencing and activating the parasympathetic nervous system allowing your body to rest and digest.

Please bring a yoga mat, something to cover the eyes with, and wear loose comfortable clothing.

The following props may be used during class:

  • Bolster (substitute with pillow)

  • Blanket (substitute with towel)

  • Blocks (For certain poses, can substitute with thick books)

  • Yoga strap (substitute with scarf or towel)

Stop, Drop, & Roll

Thursdays @ 3 Rabbits Collective: 6 p.m. - 7 p.m.

Myofascial release class using massage balls and other props to relieve tension in the fascia (the connective tissue) and muscles. Class will end with gentle yoga to lengthen relaxed muscles.

Please bring a yoga mat and dress comfortably.

Full Moon Yoga Nidra

Yoga nidra is a guided journey to the liminal state between wakefulness and sleep in order to access the layers of the subtle energetic body for deep healing and restoration. Join me for a moon-inspired, cooling practice.

This online 60-minute class begins with gentle yoga and pranayama (breath work) to open the body in preparation for yoga nidra.

The following props may be used during class to build a nidra nest:

  • Bolster (substitute with pillow)

  • Blanket (substitute with towel)

  • Eye pillow (substitute with eye mask or anything to cover the eyes)

  • Headphones
