Yoga nidra is a guided journey to the liminal state between wakefulness and sleep in order to access the layers of the subtle energetic body for deep healing and restoration. Join me for a moon-inspired, cooling practice.
This online 60-minute class begins with gentle yoga and pranayama (breath work) to open the body in preparation for yoga nidra.
The following props may be used during class to build a nidra nest:
Bolster (substitute with pillow)
Blanket (substitute with towel)
Eye pillow (substitute with eye mask or anything to cover the eyes)
Headphones
